Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
Welcome to MealHub. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use MealHub.
Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use MealHub.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you create on MealHub — recipes, photos, comments and ratings. By posting, you grant MealHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content as part of operating the service. You are responsible for making sure your content doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
Recipe review and moderation
Community recipes are reviewed before they appear publicly. Our moderators may approve a submission, request changes with feedback, or reject it. We may also unpublish or remove any content that violates these terms, and act on reports submitted by other users. Repeated or serious violations can lead to account suspension or termination.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harassing, hateful or deliberately misleading content.
- No content that infringes copyright or other rights — post recipes in your own words and use images you have the right to use.
- No spam, bulk automated activity, or attempts to manipulate ratings or moderation.
- No attempts to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.
Not medical advice
Recipes, nutrition figures and macro estimates on MealHub are provided by the community and are approximate. They are for general information only and are not medical, dietary or allergy advice. Always verify ingredients if you have allergies or specific dietary requirements, and consult a professional for health decisions.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Account settings (see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
Disclaimers and liability
MealHub is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MealHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently: nothing — MealHub is free).
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, announced in the app. Questions about these terms? Email support@mealhub.app.
